Erick Hanson

Erick is a Junior at Madison, majoring in MHR and Marketing. He is an outgoing, personable and active person. He enjoys exercising, striking up a conversation and thinking of new ways to start a business. Erick hopes to work for General Mills following graduation and later on in life be an entrepreneur in the restaurant industry creating a franchise of unique, up-scale restaurants throughout Midwest hot spots. If you want to talk about business ideas, food or how to solve a Rubik’s cube you found the right guy!

Logan is a Junior at UW-Madison, majoring in Consumer Science - Consumer Affairs in Business in the School of Human Ecology. He has been involved in FBLA-PBL since his Freshman year, when he went to the kickoff because he saw free pizza advertised. He hasn't looked back since, implementing the PBL Coast-to-Coast program and involving PBL with the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce. Logan is constantly striving to spread the reach of PBL and have its name become more recognizable to everyone, not just business students.

Amanda is a Junior at Madison, intending on majoring in Marketing or Advertising & PR. She is a fun and outgoing person who loves The Hills. She loves to play soccer, run, shop, and cheer on the Packers! She has been involved in PBL since she was a freshman in college and was the Marketing Vice President last year as a Sophomore. She is also extremely involved in the UW-Madison Dance Marathon and her sorority. Amanda hopes to combine her love for marketing and fashion by working for a big department store, designer, or magazine. PBL has provided her with so many opportunities for successful leadership positions! Jake is a Sophomore at UW-Madison intending on majoring in both Marketing and Spanish. Jake is also serving as your Wisconsin PBL State Vice President and PBL National Parliamentarian. Jake has been involved with FBLA-PBL since his freshmen year in high school, during which time he has attended four National Leadership Conferences and has placed at Nationals five times. He is very passionate and outgoing, and ready to make this year "Simply the Best!"

Ben is a Junior at the UW, looking to major in Economics. He is highly motivated, energetic, and approachable. A favorite activity of his is making movies, which coincides with his long-standing desire to one day work as a big-shot Producer of multi-media. Not surprisingly, he also loves watching new films, and he is overjoyed when others recommend a good flick to him. Hint, hint.

Sam is a sophomore at UW-Madison. She is currently a pre-business student anxiously awaiting her acceptance letter to the School of Business where she is looking to pursue a marketing degree. After meeting with the Seattle Mariners sports marketing team on last years Coast to Coast trip, she is interested in the Sports Marketing profession. Sam is an enthusiastic, fun-loving person that is excited to plan social events for all of the PBL members.

Melissa is a Junior at Madison, intending on majoring in Marketing and Management and Human Resourse. She is a talkative, energetic and outgoing person. She loves to run, play sports and meet new people. Melissa hopes to one day own her own marketing firm or own some sort of business. However, she is still considering the possibilities of what career she will enter into after she graduates from UW. Possibilities are endless!

Kristin is a junior at UW, majoring in Retailing. She has been involved in PBL since her sophomore year and is so grateful for all the opportunities it has provided her! Kristin hopes to combine her love for international business and retailing to someday work in the sourcing industry. She loves being outdoors (as long as it is above 50 degrees!), being active, and meeting new people!!!
